Edwin boasts an impressive history of travel that has broadened his perspectives and allowed him to appreciate the unparalleled diversity of New York City. Edwin has lived in Hong Kong as part of an exchange program, studied at the UN in Switzerland, worked for a non-profit agency in San Francisco, worked at a university in England, led exchange programs in Argentina and Chile, and lived in Washington DC before settling down in New York 4 years ago. Edwin enjoys searching for new dining experiences every week and rarely goes back to the same restaurant twice. His favorite spot, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, is one exception thanks to its abundance of farm fresh ingredients–presented to guests at the table before being prepared–and its luxurious but local atmosphere. Edwin’s passion for hospitality coupled with his worldly views allow him to view his dining experiences wholly and objectively.
