Miami Evaluator – Tom D.

Tom has been a Miami-area resident for over 18 years. Traveling often for both business and pleasure, Tom stays in hotels all over the world. Tom has a 20-year history of restaurant and hotel experience: he worked as a bartender and manager in college and, after moving down south, as a concierge and food and beverage trainer with a luxury resort. Tom enjoys dining out weekly or more, and he is always looking for restaurants that present him with the whole package. Tom describes himself as a “foodie” who seeks out the most interesting eateries wherever he travels. And as an AP Psychology teacher, he has a good understanding of human behavior and an ability to write carefully comprised narratives in an objective way.
