Peter moved to London after receiving a scholarship to study Environmental Sustainability. He fell in love with the cultural vibrancy and has been a resident now for over 11 years. Previously, Peter lived and studied in France. An experienced traveler, Peter spent his life exploring the world–especially continental Europe–staying in an array of upscale hotels. Also an admitted Foodie who loves to try new cuisines, Peter has enjoyed many fine-dining restaurants across the globe. As an Improvement & Effectiveness Specialist for London’s Public Housing Department, Peter has acquired excellent writing skills and an attention to detail over the years that specifically helps produce improvements. Further, he is incredibly observant. Peter’s favorite restaurant is Acorn House due to its locally sourced ingredients, its genuine connection to and support of the surrounding community, and its excellent service.
