Shop Before you Sign

A client asked us to quickly refer professionals to shop a call center that they were considering switching to.  After the company’s proposal was in, Coyle-referred evaluators  made 20 calls at various times over the period of a week and compared the call center the client was considering to the one they were currently using. Based on the results provided by the evaluators, the choice to stay or switch became as clear as a landline.
