6/29/10 — One of Coyle’s clients recently overhauled their restaurant concept.  When they re-opened to the public, they needed fresh standards and immediate evaluations once per week for the coming three months.  Within hours of the initial request, Coyle had designed custom metrics, with rich data sampling from a new comp set.  A professional evaluator was referred to the restaurant within 48 hours to deliver an immediate first report.  The client’s exact words in response?  “You rock.”
