About Brett Traussi
Brett Traussi is the principal of foBT Hospitality, a consulting company specializing in training, operations, development and strategic planning. Prior to that, Brett was the Chief Operating Officer for Chef Daniel Boulud’s portfolio of restaurants for over 20 years. He also opened Le Cirque 2000 as the F&B Director of the New York Palace. He is a graduate of the Cornell Hotel School.
